售後服務安排:
- 收貨發現嚴重破損,請先行拍照及聯絡本店;
- 原裝行貨之貨品,7日有壞退換貨,客戶自行承擔退換貨所產生之運送費用;
- 如因產品缺陷而損壞 (非因人為撞擊、入水等),總代理提供保養 (時期視各品牌及產品而定);
- 請保留單據,如需提出保養請求前,請先與本店聯絡詢問有關詳情;本店會按情況代為與供應商作相關安排 (WhatsApp: 62513318 / sales@twinsbaby.hk)
- 因為各品牌於不同時期之保養代理商也會有改變,敬請先向本店查明方前往總代理公司處理保養事宜,以確保得到合適之售後服務。

After Sales Supports:
- If severe damage is discovered during receipt, please take photos and contact us;
- We provided guarantee exchange if there is fault of products within 7 days (customer responsible for the return shipping expenses)
- Importers would provide limited warranty service (duration varies depending on Brands and products) for faulty products (not by usage damage)

- We would arrange accordingly. Please DO NOT visit our supplier office directly for warranty services otherwise after sales supports will not be properly satisfied.
