售後服務

售後服務安排:

  • 收貨發現嚴重破損,請先行拍照及聯絡本店;
  • 原裝行貨,7日有壞退換貨 (客戶承擔退貨產生之運送費用);
  • 如因產品缺陷而損壞 (非因人為撞擊、入水),總代理提供保養 (時期視各品牌及產品而定);
  • 請保留單據,如需提出保養請求前,請先與本店聯絡詢問有關詳情;本店會按情況代為與供應商作相關安排 (WhatsApp: 62513318 / sales@twinsbaby.hk),敬請不要自行前往總代理公司處理保養事宜,以確保得到合適之售後服務。
  • 如有其他查詢,請與本公司聯絡。

 

After Sales Supports:

  • If severe damage is discovered during receipt, please take photos and contact us;
  • We provided guarantee exchange if there is fault of products within 7 days (customer responsible for the return shipping expenses)
  • Importers would provide limited warranty service (duration varies depending on Brands and products) for faulty products (not by usage damage)
  • Please keep your Invoice. If you need a warranty request, please contact us first for more details (WhatsApp: 62513318 / sales@twinsbaby.hk). We would arrange accordingly. Please DO NOT visit our suppliers』 office directly for warranty services otherwise after sales supports will not be properly satisfied.
