我們將採取一切行動確保本網站資訊的準備性，但概不保證及聲明資訊或其內容的準確性、完整性及準確性作出任何明示或暗示的陳述、表述或保證，而我們亦不會就此承擔任何責任。

    3. 購買資格

顧客於本網站訂購產品時，即表示符合以下條件：

  1. 年滿18歲或以上；
    1. 保證提供真實、準確、最新和完整的個人及付款資料；
    2. 有構成具法律約束力合約的能力。

如顧客提供之資料不真實、不準確或不齊全，有可能導致我們無法處理相關之訂購或提供任何產品及服務，我們有權暫停或終止顧客的購買。

顧客使用本網站時提供的個人及付款資料，將根據我們的私穩政策處理，詳情請參考我們的私穩政策。顧客亦明確授權我們在必要時向第三方傳送有關資料，而此等機構可能保存有關資料。

顧客於本網站購物之產品只限用作個人用途，不可作轉售或開發業務用途。

    4. 訂購

我們負責管理網站、安排訂單處理過程及完成顧客透過我們的網站向本公司訂購的商品。

當顧客訂購及付款時，即表示同意以產品的當前顯示的價錢向本公司購買該產品。現貨訂單一經接納，恕不接受任何更改、取消、退貨或退款。

4.1 顧客成功付款後，訂單確認將發送至顧客電郵，當中包括：

  1. 顧客的訂購詳情；
  2. 產品之收取價錢；
  3. 送貨資料詳情。

4.2 我們保留不接納或取消顧客訂單之權利，理由包括但不限於：

  1. 顧客所訂購的產品並無足夠的存貨；
  2. 未能就顧客指定的地址安排送貨。

4.3 訂購期貨細則：

  1. 訂貨”無庫存貨品、期貨貨品”，如貨品未能於與客人協定之送貨期前到貨，承諾訂金可予以全數退回，不拖延、不另收行政費；
  2. 訂貨留貨本公司”現貨貨品”，訂金一律不能退回；
  3. 如因客人於訂購期貨期間改變主意、想取消訂購，訂金不得退回，可酌情轉購本店其他貨品、或留 Credit 於1年內使用；
  4. 就期貨訂單之改單服務，或需支付 $500 作改單服務費；
  5. 如期貨貨品未能於訂定之送貨期前到貨，本公司只會承擔退回訂金，本公司不負責其餘之所有機會成本或衍生責任。


    5. 限制行為

顧客使用本網站或其中任何部份，即表示同意不會：

  1. 使用本網站作任何不法用途或任何適用法律或條款、條件及通知所禁止的用途。顧客進一步同意不會侵犯、闖入、使用我們的任何伺服器或任何資料庫；
  2. 刊登或傳送任何不法、詐騙、誹謗、淫褻、色情、威嚇性、粗言穢語、攻擊性的內容或因而構成或唆使的違法行為，引發的民事訴訟責任，或違反任何本地、國家、國際或別國法例，侵犯任何知識產權、所有權利，或違反他人的權利或保密責任；
  3. 刊登或傳送任何廣告或連鎖信件等行為；
  4. 以任何方式刊登、傳送、複製或利用經本網站獲取的任何內容作商業用途；
  5. 在沒有我們書面的許可下，以任何方式轉載、刊登、傳送、複製或分發此網站本身的任何元件，或經本網站獲取任何有版權保障之內容；
  6. 傳送、附載任何含有電腦病毒或其他有害或損毀性的程式，透過本網站干擾、毀壞或規限任何電腦之軟件、硬件或電訊設備的運作；及
  7. 冒充他人或提供任何虛假資料。

顧客同意就因違反本文內任何契諾、保證、聲明及協議而引致我們及供應商的任何索償、損失、損害、費用、開支（包括法律開支）或其他責任向我們及供應商作出彌償，並使我們免受損害。

    6. 價格及付款

本網站顯示的所有價錢均以港幣計算。

本網站標示之價格只適用於本網站。如顧客對刊登於本網站之產品內容產生懷疑或認為有錯漏之處，本網站對此不負責解釋，亦不承擔相關之責任。

貨品價格只包括現貨立即出貨，或期貨到貨後立即出貨。延後送貨期之請求，公司按貨品體積及倉存時間另行收費。

在貨品的價格被錯誤列出的情況下，我們有權拒絕或取消價格錯誤的訂單。

我們使用第三方付款服務以進行網上交易。當顧客作出訂購時，即同意及接納，受其條款及細則所限，顧客的信用卡資料將會被我們以及付款服務供應商收集、處理及保留。顧客亦明白將單獨及獨自承擔於進行信用卡交易時所招致或產生的任何損失，且孖寶嬰兒用品於任何情況下均毋須承擔任何有關全部或部分損失。

    7. 送貨

當八號或以上颱風警告信號或黑色暴雨警告生效時外，第三方物流公司將按本公司之送貨程序到特定地區送貨（除部份列明產品）。我們現時並無離島（馬灣、愉景灣及東涌除外）及機場送貨服務。

我們保留全權決定拒絕送貨的權利，於任何情況下我們均不會接受取消訂單或向顧客退款。

我們會將顧客訂購的產品透過第三方物流公司送遞閣下所提供的送貨地址。當產品送遞至顧客所提供的送貨地址，產品被視為交付予閣下及已接收。倘顧客因任何原因而未能接收產品，顧客同意及接受我們及第三方物流公司有權收取額外費用或取消訂購而無需退款或作出任何補償。

當顧客所購買之產商已送交，顧客將成為產品的擁有人，將自行承擔持有產品的風險而我們將無須為它們的損失或損壞負責。 

凡於本網站購物付合相當條件，即享免費送貨服務，否則每張訂單將收取產品所說明之相應運費。有關所有送貨詳情，請參考本網站的送貨安排。


    8. 換貨

訂單一經接納，恕不接受任何更改、取消、退貨或退款。

各供應商之換貨政策均有不同，以供應商之條款作準。顧客需直接與供應商聯絡，查詢及安排有關事宜。

就貨品缺陷情況，每張訂單及每件產品只接受一次換貨要求。

如有任何爭議，孖寶嬰兒用品及供應商將保留解釋、修訂所列服務之條款及細則和最終決定之權利。 

 
    9. 免責聲明

我們不保證進入本網站或其他任何部份將不受阻礙、可靠或並無故障。 

顧客同意互聯網上的數據傳輸不可保證為完全安全。我們不保證及無法確保顧客傳輸給我們的資料之安全，顧客須自行承擔任何風險。

孖寶嬰兒用品不會對本網站內的資訊或其內容的準確性、完整性及準確性作出任何明示或暗示的陳述、表述或保證。

不論任何情況，我們並不承擔任何責任，包括（但不限於）因本網站的資訊、或任何內容上的錯誤或遺漏，或負責因使用經本網站刊登、轉載、傳送或發放的內容而造成的任何損失或損害。

對於為顧客提供其他網頁或資訊供應商的連結及其內容，孖寶嬰兒用品均沒有控制權，我們不會對任何此等連結或其內容負責，而任何連結及其內容均由其營運者提供及負責。

對由於傳輸延誤、電訊網路故障、遺漏或延誤處理顧客訂單而產生的任何損失或傷害，我們恕不負責，亦不會就此承擔任何責任。

顧客須確保產品不會在不適合的用途上使用，並須負責在處理和使用時採取一切所需的技巧和謹慎。顧客同意我們對於任何就產品所提供的建議或資料概不承擔任何義務和責任；該等資料如有任何不準確或錯誤之處，我們亦恕不負責。顧客接納產品時均須完全承擔有關風險。

    10. 不可抗力

倘若由於任何不可抗力的原因，包括由於火災、傷亡、意外、天災、自然災害、任何香港或澳門特別行政區政府或其他任何政府機關的法律、命令、宣告、規例、要求或規定、罷工、勞資爭議、勞工短缺或技術工人短缺、產品或原材料短缺或缺乏供應、運輸延誤或任何其他在我們合理控制範圍以外的理由，導致我們不能履行其在本網站下的責任，孖寶嬰兒用品在該等妨礙的範圍内，毋須就此承擔任何責任。

4.2 Right to Reject or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to reject or cancel customer orders for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Insufficient stock of the product ordered;
  • Inability to arrange delivery to the address specified by the customer.

4.3 Pre-Order Policies

For pre-order or out-of-stock items:

  • If the item cannot arrive within the agreed delivery period, the deposit will be fully refunded without delay or additional administrative fees.
  • For in-stock items reserved for pre-order, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If the customer changes their mind during the pre-order period, the deposit will not be refunded but may be used as credit for other purchases within one year.
  • A fee of HKD 500 may be charged for changing pre-order details.
  • If the pre-ordered item does not arrive within the agreed delivery period, we will only refund the deposit and will not be liable for any opportunity costs or derived liabilities.

5. Prohibited Practices

By using this website or any part of it, customers agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes or any purposes prohibited by applicable laws or these terms and conditions;

In cases of pricing errors, we reserve the right to reject or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

We use third-party payment services for online transactions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the payment service provider. We do not accept liability for any losses incurred during credit card transactions.

7. Delivery

Delivery will be arranged through a third-party logistics company under normal weather conditions.

Delivery services are not available for certain remote areas (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung).

Ownership and risk of the products transfer to the customer upon delivery. If the customer fails to receive the product, additional fees may apply, or the order may be canceled without refund.

8. Exchanges

Orders are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once accepted.

Exchange policies vary by supplier and are subject to their terms. For defective products, only one exchange request per order or product will be accepted.

9. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website. All information is provided “as is,” and customers bear all risks associated with its use.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
